The url links to the main page because the giveaway link is invalid. Any invalid link (that also includes the slash at the end) defaults to the homepage.
The GAs are still active if you look on his profile, assuming they are linked to this thread. There are entries, so some people managed to find their way in there.

So, to celebrate me reaching level 2, I wanted to make a small train, nothing serious, with leftovers keys from the Dollar Forever Bundle... now... I'm not yet level2, but I'm waiting for a couple of feedback so I'm probably going to reach lv2 during the night and since tomorrow I'll be far from home for the whole day, I decided to start this first part, so later I can do the second part :D
So, here it is my little train, hope everything works as it should! :D
