Video editing

Anyone knows good video editing software with which i could adjust contrast,brightness of a video? Movie makers brightness increase is not enough and i want to go a little more in depth (to brighten specific parts and so on).

Sony vegas need 64 bit and i have 32 :(

you could use adobe after effects
download the trial from adobe website

I have 32 bits and I can run Sony Vegas Pro 11 lol
