Please Make Your Giveaways 99 cents instead of 1 dollar!

Many games on Steam are a certain amount and 99 cents. For example, most new fancy games are $59.99. I see soooo many giveaways that aren't at these 99 cent thingies (that's what I'm gonna call them) and it makes it kinda hard because your literally 1 cent away. Because I feel like half of you are lost I'll give an example. Billy sells a game worth 99 cents on Steam. He goes to enter a contributor giveaway that is $1.00 to enter but he can't because he is 1 cent away. IDK if I'm being a little cry baby about this but meh. It would be nice if you could lower it by 1 cent.
