It has better graphics, but everything else is changed for much worse IMO, gameplay is casualized significantly and dialogues are rewrittten, so I'd rather play original.

The mod isn't available on Steam but works for both Steam and GOG versions. If you follow instructions you shouldn't have difficulties installing. During my last playthrough a year ago I hadn't any issue whatsoever.
