Red Dead Redemption. I haven't played it, but it's the one I would like to play if I had a console.

you could tell us your budget, I don't want to suggest every new AAA games cuz that would just destroy a normal person's wallet.

I have no idea tbh, but I do keep a list of games that I'm interested but aren't on PC (just in case they come on PC later or I happen to buy a console): Dragon's Dogma, The Last Of Us, Beyond: Two Souls, Heavy Rain, God Of War, Wasteland 2, Project Eternity, Wheel Of Time, Uncharted, Destiny, Deep Down, The Order: 1886

Wii: Obvious stuff like Nintendo games(SSBB, SMG, Mario Kart, Metroid Prime Trilogy, DK, Zelda etc etc) Xenoblade Chronicles, Muramasa, the Demon Blade, Rhythm Heaven Fever (or Beat the Beat: Rhythm Paradise in Europe), NBA Jam (you can get the PS3 one, On Fire Edition too. It's best for multiplayer, so get the one you have more controllers for :D), No More Heroes, Madworld, Okami, Monster Hunter Tri(there's a one for 3DS too).
If your Wii has an ability to play Gamecube games, get the controller and memory card for GC, and F-Zero GX, Zelda Wind Waker, Mario Kart DD, SSB Melee, Zelda Collector's Edition(if you can find it), Soul Calibur II, MGS: The Twin Snakes, Viewtiful Joe

3DS: I have only a DS, so... Get the first Layton for NDS, then if you like it, buy the other ones for DS and 3DS ones too. Get The World Ends With You and Chrono Trigger for NDS too. And obviously Nintendo games for DS/3DS - Mario Karts blah blah blah, Rhythm Heaven for DS is great too. Megaman Zero Collection, Megaman ZX, ZX Advent, Tetris DS, Castlevania games, Phoenix Wright/Apollo Justice/Miles Edgeworth

Lesser obvious Wii games (Not Super Smash, Mario Kart) that I'd suggest:

Trauma Center: Second Opinion / TC: New Blood, Fragile Dreams: Farewell Ruins of the Moon, Pikmin 1 or 2, Super Paper Mario.
If you don't mind rail shooters House of the Dead Overkill is quite good too.

For the PS3, try Resistance. It's pretty fun.

3DS (I don't have one but I've heard good things): Fire Emblem Awakening, Animal Crossing, Resident Evil Revelations.

RPG: Tales of Graces ƒ (PS3), Final Fantasy XIII/XIII-2 (PS3) Tales of the Abyss (3DS, if you have a PS2, prefer the PS2 version, you can play in coop with your friends.)
Strategy: Fire Emblem: Awakening (3DS)
Fighting: SoulCalibur V (PS3), Super Smash Bros. Brawl (Wii, way more funnier with friends)
