I'm having some bad problems with BF4 Beta, can someone help? "Origin could not get code (-5ef7ffff): The LSX server didn't respond within the set timeout" is the error I'm getting. It will say Joining Server,Logging In,and then this error, even though BF4 launches,it's just a black screen. I've tried re-installing Origin,re-installing the Punkbuster, turning off my Ad-Block. It's driving me crazy,if anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it.

Also,my birthday was yesterday but I don't have any thing to giveaway so I know you don't give a shit. Sorry

Edit: Restarted my computer, didn't want to do it since I had a lot of stuff going on,but it works now!

Looked around and there doesn't seem to be a fix. Beta is beta.

Some people have fixed it though,so I'm sure there's bound to be something for me.

Found this but two people claimed it didn't work:

" 1. Open your Origin Application settings 2. Scroll to the bottom and make sure "Update to the beta version when available" is UN-TICKED 3. Go to http://www.origin.com/download and download the origin client 4. Fully close Origin if you still have it open 5. Run the origin install you just downloaded 6. It will say you have a newer version installed or some crap - Click "Yes" you want to install the new version and overwrite the previous install. 7. Once it's finished installing, give your computer a reboot"

I got a black screen but didn't wait around to see if an error popped up. I downloaded latest Nvidia drivers and now im good to go with just 1 random crash in 5 hours of gameplay, with around 50 fps. FPS lag spikes here and there though.

my 2cents, good luck

No way to fix that... DICE fucked up the game and I'm sure they won't release a patch now..
