Why after so much time nobody could come up with a fix so that the game doesn't have the not starting problem....
I think i spent like 2 hours looking for a solution and none seem to work for me :(

Also didn't have this issue with any of the Gothic games.

What the hell are you talking about? I'm just surprised that you're already back when you got suspended yesterday. Was it a suspension for one day?

Gothic doesn't start when i hit the play button but i can see a process on the task manager...i tried to end all the unimportant processes, i installed a patch(or i think i did because it was in german), i was able to enter the game after i read somewhere that you have to end the process of something that appears once you start Gothic, but after i changed the resolution it just crashed and whenever i tried to end that process again, it would just end Gothic process too....i'm reinstalling now and i'll check if it works with the standard resolution.

Still doesn't help all that much. Computer specs, OS you're using, such stuff as that will help people a lot more to identify the issue

Thats, also I haven't played it in a while but if its crashing when you try to change resolution maybe try looking in the ini files and changing the resolution there, thats all I can suggest, if not, hopefully someone else had this issue.

i changed the resolution manually but the game still won't start....look at this

first time i ended the process of the marked one, the game simply bumped onto my screen....now, every time i end it, it ends the game process too...

It's plain to see on your profile, even if non-group members can't enter it

No, it's because you used your 1337 hacker skills to hack into SteamGifts database so you could see all the giveaways going on right now.

Since I'm Nordic Games CEO and you added me to your silly blacklist I permanently blocked the access to all Gothic titles on steam for you.

I bought the Gothic/Arcania bundle in the summer sale, and all the games work just fine for me.
I'm running Windows 7 64 bit.

What OS are you using?

Verify integrity of the files from the Steam properties page and then disable the Steam Overlay for this game.
