I suspect the £25 speakers would sound pretty terrible. If you don't need a bassbin maybe look at M-Audio's monitor speaker range, I got a pair a while back for about £40 and they have good frequency range and sound very clear.

Also, please don't shop at Amazon.

they do a lot of dodgy stuff like moving their profits into other countries to avoid paying millions of pounds in tax.

imho, look at Newegg for tech stuff (for the reviews, regardless of where you're purchasing it)
Also, please learn to make links on this forum (Formatting Help FAQ). Example: [Link Text](http://www.example.com/)
For anyone else, the OP is comparing these two...
Creative Inspire T3130 2.1 Speakers
Logitech Z623 200 w 2.1 Speaker System

Also, I have no idea what your goals are (movies/games, music, critical listening, etc.). The speakers I have are not ideal for movies/games since they're for audio production. They (ideally) don't put any extra emphasis on bass frequencies, for example. If you don't really care... then read the Newegg reviews -- I'm not going to do that for you.

Never spend that much on logitechs, any audiophile would tell you the same.

These are worth every penny. They are also on sale right now which is great.

Thats a shame, though if you are gonna spend a decent amount I still say stay far away from Logitech, the people on Head-Fi forums will probably be able to recommended you some stuff in that price range.

Good luck :-)

Logitech is a no go and pretty much all cheap speakers are the same. Speakers are a good investment and when done right they last for years. This is my advice for you: investigate them more.

i investigated the microlabs and everywhere i looked they had great reviews, also less well known which is often good as your not paying for their name, a friend of mine has the £100 logitechs and tbh i didnt notice any difference between the £35 oness.
