Can't remove "Homegroup" icon from desktop...

My computer decided to put a big, ugly "Homegroup" icon on my desktop... Can't remove it, too. So... How should I proceed?
(I run on a Windows 7 by the way.)

Windows 8? I have windows 7. :)
But it's okay, I managed to get it out of my desktop.
