Are you on my whitelist? Want Assassins Creed: Origins (Uplay)?

icaio immediately comes to mind when thinking about great people here. This level 10 user is approaching 20,000 games given away and truly seem to to want to make SteamGifts a better place. I've even gotten some surprise games from icaio outside of giveaways. They only issue might be the fact that they constantly post messages saying that if you have extra games to give away, it would be better to post them to SteamGift than give them to him/her. A ridiculously generous person.

We should have a thread about this that is more permanent. It's nice to give recognition to great users here.

Thanks for doing this, I love this idea.

At the same time, I hate doing this since I know I'm forgetting wonderful people who deserve to be recognized. But here's a few that I can remember:

MouseWithBeer - she's really nice, she puts in a lot of work doing the monthly "Play your Wins" events to get people to play their wins and their backlog, and you know if she wins she'll play it. Plus, she has possibly the best user name and avatar ever. :)

Fluffster - really nice guy, always tries to be kind and respectful towards others, and dispenses good cooking advice if you ask him.

Mdk25 - very generous, runs a great group (Quality Games Giveaways), and is always respectful and understanding towards everyone in the group whenever an issue comes up.

mrGreen82 - a really nice guy, also very generous, and tries to play all his wins.

Sooth - Whenever there's a question (particularly of a technical nature) that I'll try to answer, odds are good that Sooth will have already posted a detailed and thorough answer that's way better than what I was going to write. Helpful and funny!

Just bumping for a great game. Played the hell out of it and loved every minute.

Many of the people I'd nominate have already been nominated, especially Oppenh4imer. There are, though, a few others whom (I believe) deserve being highlighted as well:

The first one is CowOfDarkness who many know to be a very kind and generous person. When he appears on threads, though rarely, it is always to advocate in favor of someone being unfairly criticized, or to blindside users with surprises. One of SG's unsung heroes.

My second nomination would be Maeglan. Founder of the Maeglan's Café group, she is a kind and strong person, who is always ready to inspire and spread positivity.

Many others come to mind, and the list would be long (also including a few who have left or are usually absent, like Student123 and Jagdtiger). This community does have some amazing people.

Firstly, thank you so much for allowing me to be on your whitelist. It can be difficult to choose who to recommend but I'll do my best.
A long way back when I was still rather new here Masafor helped me out quite a lot which I'm still very grateful for.
Stardustsunday is a very lovely person and someone I only met recently through steamgifts but has already become someone I can call a friend. Stardustsunday has shared with me a very personal and hard struggle which she has been going through in her life, and actually with anyone who reads her comments on my giveaways. She clearly has a big heart and deserves all the recognition she gets and more.
Khayta not only puts up giveaways for their whitelist friends to enter, but also adds bonus free keys to the description for anyone to take as they wish while clearly knowing they won't get any numerical recognition on steamgifts for it. That to me is a pure sign of generosity.

Please whitelist adam1224 for his constant loving and peaceful humble presence on the SG. He may not be a big topic creator, or puzzle maker, or gifter, but he's a good friend, a reliable person, and he's always there when you need him with consoling words and something to smile.

So I would like to suggest her ^^ She is an awesome person. We don't have much contact, but what she wrote really touched me and I think she's a person worth for any blue hearts list ^-^

I just wanna say that I love how this thread essentially turned into people telling each other what they like about them. I live for that positivity!

A few recommendations:

CowOfDarkness: super generous; randomly sent me a copy of a game on my wishlist just because

AmanoTC: won tons of games from them, including Hollow Knight

FateOfOne: runs the awesome Duqality group (which I highly recommend to anyone interested in joining) and all-around nice person
