Make a support ticket asking for a region change (in "other" category)

User region on SG needs to be the same as on Steam to avoid problems with game activation. So it will never be option that can be changed by user themselves.
As xarabas wrote - create ticket in other category, and attach screenshot of your Steam details screen showing your Steam region.

There is no need to change steam region when you change country. I live for 1.5 year aboard, and there are no problems. You can change, but it's not necessary.

hello,
the option to change country isnt available on SG now to avoid users exploiting this. thats why the option wont be implemented.
also there would be a problem with region restricted giveaways, if your country on SG and on Steam are different.
so if you want to change your country you can do so by writing a ticket, like the mods explained. this is the only way possible.
maybe explain your situation there with more details.
