I was in the faq and it said that users that are suspended during a giveaway are disqualified, what does it mean by suspended?

Being suspended means you can not use your account during suspension period. If you regift games you have won or do other forbidden things, you can be suspended

Wow, mad props. I thought such users were a myth.

(Also, a suspension is a temporary ban.)
