dude i used tunnelbear and it totally fucked my network up, i cannot connect to anything whatsoever, i've done everything in my power but it just wont work

yes i have, i have.
i installed tunnelbear, connected to a server put it on and everything went to shit, i work on a desktop that is connected to internet via wifi, now i am on another machine that is workinb via ethernet, and wifi is working great on my phone so the router nor the modem are the problem, being that this happend right after i installed tunnel bear i asume this is the problem...
i've tried
sfc / scannow
netsh int ip reset reset.txt
netsh winsock reset
netsh advfirewall reset
no luck whatsover with any of them
i obviously already tried uninstalling tunnelbear, i even deleted every entry that i find for it on regedit, tried installing it again and i am out of ideas
i just copied what i posted on reddit and to the support

gave you tried to go to control panel - then in a tab Internet (hows it called in english idk) choose Network connections and if the VPN is there youcan force remove it

the thing is i have it installed again but it ask me to login to activate the vpn and as i have no connection i cant do that

Go to Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network Connections. Do you see TunnelBear VPN there?

I do think they mean the key. If you activate it, they won't be yanking the game from your library.

There are no region specific versions of this game, so all cd-keys should redeem worldwide.
Take for example this, There is an specific ID for japan, so there are cd-keys only redeemable in japan.
