support usually takes lots of time to accept it? and by alot i mean over a day and a half almost two days now

That's not a lot of time... Especially considering the downtime the site's been having. Patience is a virtue.

it's not a lot ;) I'm actually waiting almost 5 days ;) hope they manage to do it b4 7 days, otherwise i will get 'not received' -.- just be patient ;p

Even if you do get a not received, the reroll will wipe it. So, no big :)
