Robbie Coltrane, best known to us all as the gentle half giant Hagrid from Harry Potter, has died at the age of 72.
Seems he was sick for the past two years prior. Read the article here.

Twitter generally a cesspit, genocide apologizers, racists and other scum roam free there. People that turned on Rowling because of her opinion also not a brightest bunch tbh.

Your first mistake was going to Twitter

Who knows, maybe they didn't. Twitter screenshots seem to breach containment quite a bit and get shared around on other platforms too. But I do agree with your sentiment :P.

Best known to me as "Fitz" in the excellent "Cracker" TV Show. If you haven't seen it, I'd recommend it. Christopher Ecclestone starred as well, and Robert Carlyle was a guest star playing a an absolutely terrifying character who made "Begbie" look like one of the Golden Girls.

Honorable mention to Robbie for his great performance in "Tutti Frutti" and his hilarious comedic performances in various episodes of "Blackadder" and "The Comic Strip presents."

RIP the Big Man..

I'm sure Fat Tony would be glad someone still remembers him for doing proper acting. Just imagine Patrick Stewart's future obituary being all about Star Trek. Ugh. Well he was bald and needed the money.

Such a charismatic actor, he was absolutely on par with his much more renowned colleagues like Maggie Smith or Alan Rickman.
