Man, You know what? I've faced similar issue today. I haven't restarted my laptop for 2 days so not sure if it's the same thing for me but I was playing CS:GO few hours ago and suddenly my game froze. That lasted like 10 seconds. After that instead of having 80-120 FPS I had 30 all the time, it wasn't stuttering but it was veyr bad when the smoke was around or something. Haven't launched the game since that time but it was weird.
Perhaps it's not Windows Update related, though?

mhhh.. checked for updates, getting "defender update"... well that's not gonna cause issues.... what update this be? (settings> update & security > update history)
EDIT: Can i go back one update on windows 10? get the before version?
inside that section i just stated above there is "Uninstall Updates" though i don't really recommend that, it will just download and install again later anyways. but what update is listed at the top?

So, this windows geniuses updated windows again, but now, they included 3 new apps, wich eats all your battery and make your pc much more slow, i cant even play a game because i have so low fps, not like before 100+, but the problem is they tell me i can turn off this apps, Dont know wich ones are the new apps!! anyone can help me how to turn this apps off?
EDIT: Can i go back one update on windows 10? get the before version?
