you can't make giveaways of some games because they were given away on sites like indiegala for free in massive numbers. (another example is Blockstorm)

in case you didn't know there's thread where you can give away even origin/desura ..anything that can't be given away on steamgifts itself :P

Too bad you didn't add all your winnings to your library :(

edit: If you would have read the FAQ you would have known why you can not make a GA for Bloop and also you would know to add all the games you win here to your Steam library.
