Something odd in my steam.

So I was looking at my store page for Dead Cells yesterday as there was a new update. I see that it says I own all DLC. That includes the Queen and the Sea dlc.

I never bought that one. I ran through my account details, purchases and activation's and I don't see anywhere I did. And I know I didn't buy it off another site or win it here.

This is most bizarre.
