Should high level Payday 2 players buy the Sniper and Gage Courier DLC?

Are they worth it? I mean they're $1 each but it's still money.

I'm at I-85 now. Yes, I've made it this far and I don't play Payday 2 as often as before.

Should I get these 2 DLC? I have Armored Transport and Weapon Pack #01 already.

sniper pack is very helpful for deathwish missions.
