Problem with L.A. NOIRE Error 0x80070776

I really want play this game again but when click the icon for play have this "Error 0x80070776" so i can't play how fix it or somenone have this problem too?

Same to me, i read you need download last patch (LANoire Patch or something) from Rockstar Games, i do it but say the installation failed.
