Sniper Elite: Nazi Zombie Army 1 & 2 - A question?!

So I wanted to ask if Sniper Elite: Nazi Zombie Army, both 1 and 2, have a single player campaign(missions, story line) like Sniper Elite 3 for example.

Yeah, but it's not exacly a story like SE 3 but it still folows a "pattern". You can read more about it here:
