Regarding Skullgirls colour palette DLC.

Hello all.
As skullgirls is about to be release this month, those who pre-purchase the game on steam are going to receive or have received the colour palette DLC.

So with this bonus advertised. I been wondering, does anyone know if this colour palette DLC affects all characters or just specific characters?? and also how many colour palettes do you unlock?
