you can't install steam or you can't launch it? 🤔
if you can launch it, try clearing the download cache, then update

the problem is, I can't download the initial installation update that appears when you install again

I was without the pc for a while and when I went to use again steam was not starting the update I decided to uninstall and install again the update does not start
