Paypal questions

Hey guys, so I never used paypal and now I'm going to try to sell my TF2 keys so I can help in a charity event (with a few euros :/ ) and I'd like to have some answers:

1- Do I have to link my credit card / bank account?

2- Do I have to pay a fee to receive the money?

3- Apparently there's a fee to send money for the first time, what is it?

no, but you will be limited in how many you may send/receive.
depends on the situation, it's up to the sender of the money.
no, there is a fee every time you send money in another currency or for a paid service. if you gift someone money in your own currency, it's free.

If you want to add money to your paypal, without receiving it from another person, you'll have to link a bank card to be able to transfer money into your PayPal account.
