I'm no good with upgrading stuff, but you should download Speccy so you can post all of your computer specs easily and people can see if there's a weak spot.

ASUS has a tendency to surface mount dedicated GPUs on the motherboard, thus making them non-serviceable. There are a few exceptions like the G73, but IIRC, the socket wasn't even a standard MXM that would be able to take a different card.
Combine that with ASUS's track record on other things notebook, and I'd expect that even if they did have a system with a standard MXM slot for the video card, they'd probably have a white-list for video cards just like Lenovo does with WiFi cards.
Long story short (I know, too late. ;) ), unless your A45V-K45VM has an ExpressCard socket, which I highly doubt since even their flagship G7x series doesn't have 'em, you've got no options. (An ExpressCard socket has a PCIe x1 interface which permits EXTERNAL GPUs to be attached to notebooks, in which case you also need an external monitor.)

I current using Asus A45V-K45VM with GT630M. Im not so satisfy with the gameplay experience. I search through the internet and found that most of the laptop's GPU are not upgradable. But I still try to have some hope.
That's why I'm here to ask. Can I upgrade my GPU?
