Is Steam chat broken for anyone else?

Recently the steam chat has completely broke for me. I got several messages earlier today, Steam dismissed the notifications without showing me the messages. Also, I can't open up the chat window with anyone on my friends list. I've already tried restarting steam a couple times and even my PC.

Anyone else having problems? Or is something wrong with my steam?

Nope, works fine on my end.

However I have the opposite problem sometime where my chat notifications stay after I've seen the messages. Also, it was a bit more sluggish than usual today but not really broken as your is.

Finally fixed it by clearing my cache.
