hello , i've question about (report giveaway button)can you tell me when it must be used , for example when no one won a giveaway ended since long time or when the giveaway creator didn't give you the game or what else , thanks and sorry for this newbi topic

you should only use it to report currently running suspicious GAs. For example creator is saying in description it's Origin/Uplay key not a steam key, what is against a rules. Or if the GA break other rules. If noone win a GA (it had no entries) it's closed and gives no CV anyway, and if creator didn't send a game you have "not received" button for it.

Also, just to emphasize this part; if you think the giveaway is FAKE, do NOT report it, and DO NOT call user out anywhere. That's why "not received" is for.

thanks guys , cause i saw a giveway has ended 8 days ago & no one got the game that's why i asked if it should reported or no :)

In that case you shouldn't report at all, the winner should mark it as "not received" and just move on.
