Click select all top left, then withdraw on the right. If you haven't added in your trade url, it should then prompt you to add in your url which you can find by googling if you are unsure. After doing that, they will send you a trade offer (you may have to repeat 1st step after adding in url)

i have collected 290 balance.then i bought a set worth 250 balance and then it is in my invertory.But how can i use it? Can i transfer them to my steam invertory? if not then what am i supossed to do with it ?
