Games can't be given away?

Does anyone know why some of my games don't show up when i try to create a giveaway?
I understand games that have been free can't be given away, but most of my games were some i got in bundles.

Probably still was free. Doesn't hinder them from bundling it afterwards (several times and even making it free again).
