It's because one of the giveaway is actually for a package (http://store.steampowered.com/sub/74453/) so it doesn't show in your wishlist tab, since package can't be wishlisted.

Yes, I thought about that, just could not verify with creating (starting to create...) a new GA, as my slots are gone for now.
Also, visually they do not differ in the list, and the point values are the same. Still, if you say there are multiple options when creating the GA, I believe you (but will check next week :-P)

Included a screenshot, but you can also check by clicking the Steam store link on the giveaway page, you'd see that Student's giveaway lead to the package page while the 2 others lead directly to the game ^^

Indeed. I don't know if anything can be done on SG side since they automatically get the data from the Steam API. But maybe it's possible for them to set a custom name for a package, if it is it would be a good idea to do so with this one.

I am just storing some points, and remembered that some MSG TPP giveaways exist already.
I particularly remembered Student123's one, and this is how I have noticed the issue.
Both screenshots show a search for phantom, just one of them searches in all giveaways, and the other one searches in wishlisted giveaways.
