Foreign customers note:

  • you will need a German ID card and

  • you will need to verify your saved payment settings (Bankeinzug(DE/AU) or credit card) to make sure your account is German.

    Btw, that's the requirement to buy these bad, violent games, just ask for the ID card. Is it that hard, Steam?!

  • Also the key you get is not for Steam, nor for Uplay.

I think non german people can get it too.
you just need those numbers from a german id or use some online generator to create those.

I think Mew2 clicky got one for example and i dont think he's german :)
