Not really. People who sell stuff there have store credit and are basically stuck there regardless of the prices. It's the exact same way Gamestop and the like work with trade-ins. You either take cash and get barely a fraction of the value of your goods or you take credit to get a higher value but then also get stuck with whatever prices they choose to price their stock at.
