Steam errors in errors (yea i know steam again)

I can't buy games because when i wanna check out it always gives me an error but wtf anyone else having trouble with it? i hope they make it last until the -% sales are gone so i can't buy them, freaking steam.

Forces a reload of the webpage. Assuming you are using your webbrowser, and not the Steam client.
( by the way 'CTRL + r' does the same )
