Google Ads

Not really an ad, but Google asks me every other day If I want to change my YouTube Account name to my real name. So I have to click on "NO, FCK OFF" every other day and every time they then tell me "okay, we'll ask you again later/tomorrow". Things like this make me wanna punch them in the face or at least blow up their headquarters.
It's also the kind of stuff that makes sure I'll never ever put a single penny on the table to purchase something from that company.

Agreed. Google is a necessary but terrible evil at this point.

Can't comment on the rest of the world, but here in the US, we need a revisiting of the 4th Amendment. Time to update it so your average attorney can't use subpoenas (vs. warrants for probable cause via a judge) to get all kinds of insane personal information on you.

And yes, Google (and a million other 3P cookie trackers, plus phone companies, ISPs, etc.) are certainly not helping to uphold such precedent.

Its not ideal, but you can just change your "real name" on the account to whatever you want your screenname to be, and then allow it.
