I created a giveaway of Serious Sam 3: BFE. Its 40p, when finished, I never received the points. I still have 30p. Why does this happen?

Ohh ,I didn't know about that!! That only happens with recent bundles or with all bundle game no matter days or weeks??

It happens whenever a game goes on a bundle. And it will not be removed anytime soon. Almost never.
