did the selecting multiple group/etc function of Steam Enchanced stopped working?

I literally cannot have that part of the plugin pop up, despite reinstalling steam enchanced and loading the steam site multiple times now. (and manually leaving hundreds of groups is a royal PITA)

using Firefox but upon testing it on chrome it finally managed to work so yay I suppose
