It only works as the entire collection, and you can't get out single titles.

steam like to burn you on collections. thought you paid for every games if you unpack and own any they rob you for the extras. some do give gifts but it rare and will stat so on the store page.
its basically ripping you off if you think about it. they are not giving you everything you paid for and could technically be illegal but i'm no lawyer just a hater. its not like you agree to it and its not even stated on the collections store page or in the toc.

Guys, I have a question. I wanted to buy the Tomb Raider Collection on Steam while it's on sale, but, can I gift a single game from it, or do I have to gift the whole collection? If so, the user I give it to, can give me back the game I need?
