How does this whole trading card thing work? And how do you get the cards?

I want to know how these trading cards work and how you get them. Are they only available to certain people or something?

There.

Basically you join the beta, and if you have games which are in Trading Card program then you'll receive some trading cards that you can craft for profile badge, profile enhancement or you can trade/sell it for goods.

Join beta, play a game that has cards, card appears in your inventory every 20-30 minutes till you've reached your limit for that game.
