Anyone noticed hidden games showing stil up?

I did recognize it now already a few times that Games wher eim sure i did hide them, show later again up on the giveaways.
Anyone noticed something like that too?
Could it be related to having a large numbers of games hidden? Currenlty it is 1,270 games

What's the game? Could be a different version, or a complete pack, etc.

Different games, some where theres only that one version on the store page.
I cant call one specify now, but i recognized it now already a few times.

1270 is nowhere near a large list of hidden games, believe me. :) It is likely a different version or in some cases maybe the game was pulled from store and re-added under a different appID. Also, there are more than one pair of products under the exact same or almost same name.

If i remember right.
http://store.steampowered.com/app/564810/ was one of them.
Dunno about the appID or readding, but when i say same game i really mean the same game, not only the same name.
I always visit the store page before blacklisting them, and recognize it form the name in combination with the screenshots.

showing up where? if you are seeing them inside of groups pages, or a user profile, then there is nothing wrong and they will always show up there no matter what. if you've been seeing them on the main page however, that's another story.

sry, no idea then.. probably an appid change like talgaby said, or at least similar to that...

example:
additional package added for a separate regions version, which wouldn't show up inside the store for you, but may show up on steamdb.

It happens to me too but only when something gets changed on Steam, such as "*insert words* Edition"

Usually I check new games on Steam, and if I mark them not interested I hide it on SG as well. And to be honest I had 2-3 cases in the last week when I had to hide games I could have sworn I've had hidden already.by that time. And they are not hard to track, I have less than a page's worth of giveaways - maybe there are hiccups in the system recently.

WIth 0 Hidden Games i would have the Issue that i would never see anything interesting, that i dont want to wishlsit becuase of all the Trash flooding the Site.

I just know what kinda games i am interested in and i add them in my wishlist whenever one such pop up ... no point browsing trough pages of giveaways to do that :)
