Leveling question

So, I gave away a Minion Masters DLC but still have not leveled up yet, even though the winner received their key and the DLC is worth 15 Dollars, do I need to wait in order to level up? Because I didn't see anything about it on the FAQ.

your gift has no value, so u havent levelled, because dlc was given away somewhere free.

You won't get any credit ("contributed value") for games that have been given away free at any time in the past. So, no, you don't need to wait, that particular DLC isn't worth anything.
