PS. I guess it's for regional restrictions or somehing... I'm from shitty country (Poland) and I remember having problems with that in the past as well. I have done something that time and I got a key for some other thing at the end but don't remember what it was... I wouldn't like to change IP or anything though.

This is stupid. I registered, tryed to login and got multiple "Service unaviable" errors. Eventually I got a "Too many requests (from you)" error.
