As Lugum mentioned it's not allowed to ask for donations. Both in GA descriptions and forum threads. So you should remove mention from the OP post as well.
What you can do is to write "more about my situation on my Steam profile" where you can link to any fundraising you're doing. I think Steam does not moderate against it.

I will give you a suggestion. Try Reddit. If you can prove that have been indeed diagnosed with this condition then post the proof along with a gofundme of similar thing on subreddits like r/randomkindness or smth, a kind redditor may find it and help you out or the collective reddit hive mind might.

Hey! My user is Joanguva, if you are an often visitor of SteamTrades maybe you recognize me, well now i´m not here to trade but to ask some help. So i´m from Venezuela, a lot of you already know how it´s the situation in this country, a minimal wage of 2 USD and a lot of terrible things happening at the same time, is a country that you can´t get sick, because the medicines and treatments are really expensive, or at least for a venezuelan. Unfortunately i was diagnosed with great myopia and high levels of pressure in my eyes, there´s is a treatment with glasses includes, but everything together it´s 300USD, a sum that I don´t have. If i don´t get any of these treatments i could acquire glaucoma and with that i can fully lose my vision, that´s a thing that i´m scared of because i really love videogames, art and movies, so if i lose my ability to see that would be the worst thing i don´t know how i could live like that.
So why i´m writing all of this?, well since i´m really in a desperate position, i really need some help right now so i can pay my treatments, so if anyone can help me with any amount of money i would really apreciate it.
At last, i don´t think i'm breaking any rules, but if it happens to be then tell me please...
