Missing game o.O

Heya! So i just woke up, came here and saw i won a gift! but there is nothing when i got to my wins. It shows all games i won and activated before. I cant see any new game. Did this happened to any1? What should i do? I have no idea who the gifter is, since i cant see anything. If i choose to contact support... they are too busy now. I dont know.

No, i marked all gifts as recieved after i activate them.
