Russian Version of Contagion is Region Locked?

hi guys, someone knows if the russian version of Contagion (http://store.steampowered.com/app/238430/) is region locked, censored or its just in a single language (like some games that only have German as selectable language)? the reason i ask is because i was planning on buying it from a guy in Russia

No it doesn't look like its region locked.

Since there is only 1 appid on steamdb.

Or you can use this to price check. Its a website from a russian seller. (This will tell you if its region locked too when you price check)

There's no usual notice about region restrictions on the store page, and it looks like it's only available in English, so I guess you're safe.

thanks guys for the info. Its actually my first time buying like this, So better safe than sorry right?.
