0.2.3.1 version is not creating text box at my both Mozilla & Chrome for Fanatical. Is this problem only on my browsers? Indiegala working flawlessly btw.

When you open an order page on Fanatical, try refreshing the page once.
In 0.2.3.1, I set it to load on the main order page and made it check the page more often. It should work better for you.
