Excel holy shit

I use an excel spreadsheet with a tab for each bundle company, then bundle name for rows and keys/game names in the columns. I color them red for used, but I think most people just delete the key.

I just use a text file, and delete the used keys, but is better using an Excel file, from Google Drive for example. You can also make an extra file for all used/traded keys, just in case.

I just use Windows Notepad.

Google Docs is pretty good. You can even create a nice form and add tags and stuff... And it's saved online, so you don't have to search your computer for "That text file that I named New Text File".

I just use a text file myself.
Keys I use I delete.
Keys I give away (giveaways, forum drops, etc), I move to the bottom with a note saying who it was sent to or where it was dropped.

I just send them from alt e-mail to my own,that way i cant lose them.

Well for steam keys I use a spread sheet. Keep track of the game name, the steam store link with the app id for easy card farming, if its a key link or gift, if it drops cards, the key or name of the bundle the link is from. I then highlight them for active giveaways, ended giveaways I'm waiting to be marked, then easily delete the row once received by winner.

For my desura keys I keep a much more simple format, and I use notepad. I just delete them when I give it to someone, or key drop. Here is an example of what they look like.

I'm using a txt file, upload to mediafire, and if i got any new stuff, edit it!

Why would you save an expired key?

Using Notepad too at the moment.

Excel is the best option. Several tabs or columns with desura, origin. steam and other keys. You could delete, sort or do anythink you need.

Use a spreadsheet, I got Open Office cos its free and similar to MS Office.

i just memorize all the keys

When marked as received I delete the entry.

I just use notepad but I never have more than 10 keys laying around. I usually give them to friends when I get too many.
