Do you think that there are underrated or overrated songs and bands and singers?

Well, In my opinion, Madina Lake is damn underrated, they are awesome!
And overrated are all of these shitty singers like justin biber (however you write it) and especially that song of PSY (shitty song, have you heard the word 'music' before?)
