I said that their first game that had just released was so bad it didn't deserve the sequel they were pushing through greenlight.

One group I was in did key drops via announcement. A lot. About ten times a day they would make an announcement of one key drop for a group of several thousand people. Needless to say they were impossible to ninja. Most of the time they were free keys from gleam anyway. I made a comment suggesting they make a thread on their discussions to drop keys instead of a lot of group announcements because too many can get annoying. I was kicked.

Some mod asked "anyone wants a ban?" and I answered "sure, why not".

Never been kicked so far.

I was kicked from chats for various funny reasons in the past, but never banned or kicked from a group.

When I was a child, I played Freelancer online. Around that time, I discovered ASCII Art. So, I changed my nickname to "0xx(====> [Nickname]". I was obviously thinking about a sword. The server mod thought that I meant something different and kicked me several times. I just didn't understand why, since I had no idea he mistook the sword for a male genital. Years later I began to understand though.

Once I saw two guys arguing, and then they started name calling and mentioning their mothers, so I just said "Relax guys".
Next day I was banned for "backseat moderating".
Oh, wait, did I forget to mention I argued (politely) with the mod who banned me the week before this happened?

I have absolutely no idea why I was "blacklisted"/"banned". Weird to say the least.

I got banned from a server once because I beat one mod in a 1vs1.

The only ban I ever got was in Diablo 2.
Entered battle.bet and forgott to turn of a single player mod, which allowed you to move items between your characters more easily.
Got a ban within 24 hours even though the mod didn't even work in multiplayer while well known botters and cheaters were active with the same account over years without receiving a ban xD

Me and a bunch of other quake 3 players got banned from a server because "we were too good so ruin the game for new players". (words of the admin)

One day a group admin started kicking people saying he wanted to close the group, immediately after the notice me and a few others joined the chat and were able to talk him out of it, as a thank you we were banned from the chat as well. While the group is still "alive" and almost all of its users don't even know what happened.

I got banned for 2 weeks from Lineage 2 for defending my castle using Christmas trees ( from an event) to block all entries to it ... so the ppl attacking it couldnt walk past D:

It was probably 1 of the funniest things i have ever experienced in a video game .

Also i got kickd from my clan once for singing Santa Baby to the clan leader >.>

Uh i also got kickd out from the GirlGamers group , when they found out im not a girl D:

I've only been banned from Diablo 2 for updating ChestHack to work with updated versions.
