Well, what is urgent on this site then? Will you go and open a ticket saying you're having a heart attack and only then mark it as urgent? I had a ticket open for 5 days I believe, then I marked it as urgent, and viola' they suddenly answered.

I'd say a heart attack is indeed urgent, but I don't think this site would be the place to look for assistance.
People spoiling puzzles, though, is something this site will deal with urgently. Your reroll can wait, nothing's gonna change if it takes an extra day or two.

LOL, dude, by your OWN LOGIC your WHOLE POST ON THE FORUM is useless. Re-rolls aren't urgent, as you yourself said. You're just clogging the forums with useless discussion by making this thread. Just close it already and stop it being bumped..

Come on, it's Christmas time and these guys don't even get paid for what they do, I'm sure they're rather busy with other stuff in last days than this site. Be patient, it usually takes some time and few days, not to mention special circumstances like Christmas.

People who whine like this on the forums should be locked out of sgifts and forced to first work through 100 support tickets before they're allowed back in.

Dude, your wording sounded enormously demanding > "I asked for a reroll almost two days ago and still nothing. Any idea how much i need to wait before i get an answer?" > "..almost 2 whole days ago and STILL nothing!" and that second line, too.. -_-
Might want to consider wording your question a little differently next time, perhaps something like this: "How long do tickets usually take to be answered? What's an average response time? Just did a re-roll request the other day and was wondering how long these usually take. Thanks!"
