You're not being limited by your giveaway slots. I joined just a few weeks before you. If you're motivated, it's quite easy to lose track of your giveaways... :)

Depends on how you work, how long your giveaways are, and if you're very eager to them up the moment you join the site, but I must admit I waited a few weeks before throwing up my first one , as can be seen on my profile, but I'm slowly getting there! Up to 16 so far and if all goes well should end at around 27 today!
